Wiley H. Lively [12652]

Resided in Walker County, Georgia, 1840; Hamilton County, Tennessee in 1850; Cincinnati, Arkansas in 1860 and 1870. He had a brother named Calloway born in 1816 Georgia. A brother, Calloway Lively, born 1816, resided with the Wiley Lively family.

Wiley Lively may have been formally named William Wiley Lively.

While looking back through my notes, I found that Wiley had a brother, Calaway, in the 1880 census of Illinois Township of Washington County, Arkansas. He was living with his nephew Richard and is listed as 62 years old, occupation none, born in Tennessee and his parents were born in North Carolina. They are listed as family 328 on that census. Living next to them is Eliza, who is now a widow, with her son William who is 16. On Wiley's son Richard"s (and William's too) information in the census, he states that his father was born in North Carolina. In the 1860 census, Wiley gave his birth place as Georgia and Eliza's as Alabama. Eight of the 10 children listed in 1860 were born in Tennessee. The last two were born in Arkansas indecateing they moved there between 1854 and 1858. -- Glenita Guthrie

Wiley married Eliza Ann Price [12653] [MRIN: 4203], daughter of Richard Price [12654] and Unknown, in Walker County, Georgia. (Eliza Ann Price [12653] was born in 1820 in Alabama and died in 1901.)
