"Rufus was a man of gay, happy and teasing nature and five of his six sons are living today while the two daughters have died. The daughters were Maude and Lucy or Ludy. The sons were Isadore born 1871, and died November 24, 1908 who married Ida S. Williams March 2, 1901. After his death Ida married a second time and is Mrs. Ida S. M. O'Dell living on Second Avenue in Beckley."
