This Indenture made this twenty third day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and thirty six by and between John Sieber Junr of the County of Anderson and state of Tennessee of the one part and John Sieber Senr of the County & State above mentioned of the other part. Witnesseth that the said John Sieber Junr for and in consideration of the sum of fifty Dollars to him in hand paid by the said John Sieber Sinr the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath and by these presents doth grant bargain sell allien enfeeoff and confirm unto the said John Sieber Senr his heirs and assigns forever a certain tract or parel of land containing Eight acres situated & lying and being in the County and State aforesaid Beginning on a sugar tree on the north side of the Creek thence North 58 degrees west 76 poles to a beach then South 22 degrees west 52 poles to a Spanish oak & beach then South 58 East 26 poles to an ash then north 32 East 52 poles to the Beginning also one ther tract containing five acres situated as above Beginning at a White oak then south 35 West 24 poles to a dogwood then North 65 West 24 poles to a mayfill then North 25 East 24 poles to a beach South 65 East 25 poles to the Beginning with all and singular the woods & ways waters water courses profits commodities hridetarments and appeurtances Whatsoever of in and to the same and every part or parcel there of either in hland or equity to have and to hold the said tracts or parcels of land with the appertanances whatsoeer unto the said John Seber Senr his heirs and assigns will warrant and for ever defend from all and every person or persons whatsoever in witness whareof the said John SIEBER Junr hath hereunto set his hand and seal this the day and date above mentioned
