  General Notes:

When Eve applied for her appointment as administrator of the estate a suit was brought to set her appointment aside because Hudson was guilty of bigamy and that her marriage to Hudson was his second marriage without benefit of divorce or death. From this case it appears that Hudson married one Priscilla Clower in Jefferson Co., GA on Feb. 6, 1811 and left her after living with her for only a short time.

Eve married Benjamin Hudson Ragland [30480] [MRIN: 10202], son of Evan Ragland [30382] and Milly Thompson [30474], on 20 Dec 1818 in Wilkes County, Georgia. (Benjamin Hudson Ragland [30480] was born about 1778.)
