Residence in Brunswick County, Virginia. Left a will on 13 Nov 1690 at Charles City County, Virginia. Recorded 3 Apr 1694. Not much remains of John Stith documents, as they were largely destroyed during the Civil War. The remaining paper trail seems to be:
a. Land transaction Feb 1663 Patent Book #5 pg 268 Charles City County, Virginia for 500 acres.
b. Court testimony per headright entitlement on 3,850 acres.
c. Will - Charles City County Abstracts pg 63/81.
d. Marriage.

John married Jane Unknown [23588] [MRIN: 7982] in 1664. (Jane Unknown [23588] was born in 1635 and died in 1686.)
