bullet  General Notes:

According to a Dennis Keffer article in the Fayette and Raliegh County Genealogical Society newsletter, "Uncle Will lived down there in Lively. He and Uncle John ( John Simms Lively ) was kinda short and stocky built. He had a pretty good sized family. I remember I had a store down there after I came home from the Army. One time he got a sack of feed when he was about 87 or 88 and he got a hundred pound sack of it and carried it home on his back. He was still a pretty good man in his 80's. He mostly farmed all his life, worked on the railroad a little bit. He had about 4 children, Leafie, Margie, Mason and Charlie."
