April 21, 1926 - - The third jury trial in circuit court for the term is that of Wilson Lively of Long Branch who is suing the Virginia Railway Company for damage done to land by diverting a stream. A similar suit against the Long Branch Coal Company some time ago resulted in an award of $750. The jury was taken to view the property Wednesday morning.

April 28, 1926 - - Wilson L. Lively of Long Branch was awarded $500 for damage done to property by the Virginia Railway.
