Maiden name may have been Porter. One source says this about Lee Knight:
"There are many questions about Lee Knight. We have been researching this and know a few things about her but mostly deadends. She worked as a domestic and could have lived with the Porter family. Also, she had a sister, named Jane, who married a Mr. Potter. My granddaddy lived with them after his mother (Lee) died.
Lee Knight had another sister named Martha (B-12/11/1856 in Texas D-3/29/1945 in Coleman County TX), who married Thomas Culverwell. They had no children."
