  General Notes:

In a map of 1790 Williamsburg, four lots were owned by Lively's. These lots probably belonged to Robert Lively. There is speculation that Robert is the son of Edward Lively, a person who was appointed Sexton of the Lower Church of Blisland Parish, New Kent and James City County in 1735 and died prior to November 12, 1762. (Williamsburg, the Old Colonial Capital by Lyon Gardiner Tyler - from the National Archives, Pensions & Bounty Land Warrant Files, and the Richmond Times Dispatch, March 27, 1904)
