General Notes: As a youth Anthony suffered through two (2) bouts of chemotherapy for Hodgkins disease. He is a tough individual. On December 11, 2001, Anthony was working beneath his truck when a gang fight broke out in the street in front of his residence. In the frenzy of the battle, someone beat and stabbed Anthony, killing him on his own driveway.
